Why can't my wireless mouse charge when using the Pogo pin for charging?

There are a few potential reasons why your wireless mouse may not be charging properly through the pogo pin connection:

Connection Issues: Ensure that the magnetic charging contacts are properly aligned with the charging points on the mouse. If the connection is not secure, charging may not occur.

Dust Accumulation:Over time, dust and debris may accumulate around the charging contacts. This buildup can interfere with the connection between the mouse and the charger, thereby affecting the charging efficiency. We recommend cleaning the charging area regularly to maintain optimal performance.

Cleaning Instructions:

1. Use soft cleaning tools: Use soft cleaning tools such as microfiber cloths, soft-bristle brushes, or cotton swabs to gently remove dust from the charging area.

2. Use compressed air: You may use a can of compressed air to blow away dust from hard-to-reach areas. Please maintain a safe distance to avoid damaging the device.

3. Use non-metal, soft tools: If visible debris remains around the contact area, gently remove it using small, non-metal cleaning tools such as soft plastic or wooden picks. Avoid using sharp metal objects such as paper clips, as they may scratch the internal metal contacts or damage the exterior of the product.
