Why can't my wireless mouse work when switching modes after upgrading to the new firmware version?

In the latest firmware update, we have improved the detection mechanism for the bottom mode switch button. This adjustment aims to minimize the risk of misdetection or connection instability caused by overly sensitive input during rapid or intense operation, resulting in a more stable and reliable user experience.

With this new design, the system more accurately recognizes each mode switching action. However, when switching very quickly from one side to the other, there is still a chance that the input may not be fully detected.

To ensure proper mode switching, please turn the power switch OFF, wait for about 1–2 seconds, and then switch to your desired mode again. This allows the system to complete the detection process more reliably and should resolve the issue.
